Mom Series
- This session focuses on the essential steps to establish Time for yourself. After attending this workshop, moms will know how to plan a day that includes you.They will learn effective strategies on self-care. This session is for any mom that wants more for her life.
- This session focuses on Self-Care for moms. Why it is important? Women will learn the benefits of taking time for self. This workshop will share the five most important areas to rejuvenate self. This session is for the mom who needs a break from it all.
- This session focuses on the seven essential ingredients of good parenting. Attendees will learn: What children really want from their parents? And why parents have to give them these essentials in order for them to grow into happy adults.
This session focuses on establishing good parent-child communication with the young child. Specifically, participants will learn “what to say to your children about bullying, using profanities and sex…". Attendees will learn to teach their children how to face these difficult situations without losing themselves through fear. This workshop is designed for parents with children 13 or younger.
